To be Happy & Healthy,
we believe in a conscious, dynamic balance of connection to:
Personal Empowerment

We belong to ourselves, with each other, and with the Earth.

  • Be willing to evolve
  • Embody yourself - your body, emotions, thoughts, and actions - with as much self-awareness and skill as possible
  • Love what arises - embrace uncertainty and practice compassion for yourself and others
  • Own your value and worth - your unique perspective, voice, and gifts
  • Non-violently communicate - thoughtfully express yourself and actively listen to others
  • Grow regeneratively together - contribute to the wellbeing of yourself, each other and the planet

JEN EARLS (she/hers)
Community Dance & Mindfulness Leader, Choreographer, Performing Artist

When I was 14 years old, I was diagnosed with cancer (Hodgkin's Lymphoma). It was discovered that it was linked to environmental pollution caused by a local manufacturing company dumping chemicals that contaminated the soil, groundwater, and our drinking water. I was fortunate to live, however, there were others who did not. I dance for them and for all those who cannot.

During this time, I felt deeply unworthy. This is also when dance came alive for me. It was the one place in which I felt happy and free. It has helped me heal and has fueled me ever since. I dance for my own continued healing, joy and growth and for the wellbeing of all.

It only makes sense to me that we gather together and connect and dance in meaningful, mindful ways for the wellbeing of all and our planet and for the brightest path for ourselves and future generations. This is why I dance for humanity.
