WHY DANCE FOR HUMANITY?
Founder's Story:
"At 14, I was diagnosed with cancer (Hodgkin's Lymphoma) linked to environmental pollution caused by a local manufacturing company dumping chemicals that contaminated the soil and our drinking water.
While I was fortunate to live through the ordeal, others from my community did not. I dance for them and for all those who cannot.
During that time, dance came alive for me, becoming a safe space in which I felt happy and free. Dance has since helped me heal and brings me so much joy. It is an honor and a privilege to pass on this joy and healing to others.
It only makes sense to me that we leverage the incredible power of community and dance to enhance the wellbeing of all people and our planet, and thereby create a more nourishing world for all.
