Make Dances. With Friends.
For Good.

Dance for Humanity provides an inspiring home for dance lovers to feel alive and help the world thrive, together.

We aim to build a more regenerative world for all through:
1) Community Dance-Making Events, Workshops & Retreats
2) Choreographies & Performances for Eco-Social Causes
3) Healthy Embodiment and Co-Creation Skills
4) Partnerships for a Regenerative World for All

To be Free, Happy, & Healthy,
we believe in a conscious, dynamic balance of:

We belong to ourselves, with each other, with the Earth.

  • Be open to evolving
  • Embody yourself intentionally - your body, emotions, thoughts, and actions with as much awareness and skill as possible
  • Love what arises - practice compassion for self and others
  • Own your unique value - your diverse perspective, voice, and gifts
  • Communicate non-violently - thoughtfully express yourself and listen to others
  • Grow regeneratively together - contribute to the wellbeing of ourselves, each other and the planet

JEN EARLS (she/hers)
Community Dance-Making Leader, Choreographer, Performing Artist

When I was 14 years old, I was diagnosed with cancer (Hodgkin's Lymphoma). My mother began to research and discovered there was a high incidence of childhood cancer in my town. She joined a local group who worked with the Department of Public Health to investigate and discover that the cancer was linked to environmental pollution caused by a local manufacturing company dumping chemicals which contaminated the soil, groundwater, and our drinking water. I was fortunate to live, however, there were others who did not. I dance for them and for all those who cannot.

During this time, dance came alive for me. It was the one place in which I felt free, happy, healthy and secure in my body. It has helped me heal and has fueled me ever since. I dance for my own continued healing and growth and for the wellbeing of all.

It only makes sense to me to come full circle - that we dance together for the wellbeing of all people and the planet and for the brighest path for ourselves and future generations. This is why I dance for humanity.
